Laser cut parts are produced directly from the laser with clean, dross free edges on most materials.
Therefore grinding or finishing is not required, eliminating another process.

Once the parts are laser cut, they can go straight to the CNC Press Brakes or Rolling Machines for
bending & forming as required.
Prototype or production runs can be produced efficiently, ready for further processing.

The CNC press bake machine is capable of bending & forming thin sheet metal through to heavy plate
with a high accuracy of dimension & angle.
Bending capacity up to 4M x 220T with a wide variety of tooling including tight radium, large radius & hemming tools.

The CNC Press Brakes are ideal for quick set-up, one-off parts, through to high volume production runs.

The CNC Curving Rollers ensure accurate forming of metal sheet & plate to a tight radios.
Rolling capacity up to 2000mm x 6mm thick to a minimum of 450mm diameter.

Most materials are able to be formed in the CNC Curving Rollers.

Skilled trades people & Cobot machines are available for the welding & fabrication of a variety of materials,
from thin sheet metal up to heavy plate.
The diverse combination of skills, experience & equipment allows both simple & complex assemblies to be
fabricated & finished ready for coating.

The tapping machine can provide accurately tapped holes in sheet metal & plate up to 20mm thick.
The ‘roaming’ arm allows for single axis tapping of holes in complex shapes prior to bending & further processing.
Tapping Capacity is M4 to M20.

The abrasive blasting & powder coating facility has a capacity to handle products up to 9000mm long x 2500mm wide.
The oven is a batch oven with a flow through function allowing for efficient coating or multiple parts and one off
assemblies.
Applying industry standards & internally developed processes, we can provide a high quality finish in most colours
& various textures.
The process allows for cost effective & durable finish to our customers products & parts.

Abrasive Blasting is used to remove all mill scale & manufacturing residue whilst providing a substrate
profile for the coating to correctly adhere.
The various blasting codes can easily be achieved with the modern & state-of-the-art equipment
installed in our facility.

Zinc Enriched Primer (Powder) is typically used on all jobs that are processed in our facility.
It is an excellent method of sealing the base metal & thus protecting from corrosion.
‘Green Cure’ & ‘Total Cure’ processes are both used depending on the application, which ensures
longevity of the coating in most situations.

Top Coat (Powder) is then applied to the products to provide a superior finish in most colours.
Internationaly recognised suppliers of powder are used & strict processes are followed to provide peace of mind for our customers.
Most colours can be provided & the RAL standards are used as reference when selecting.
